Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• A call back request to discuss a matter defined within our online web contact form

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

• Google analytics of website visitor traffic

We use the information that you have given us in order to provide a quality of service privately to you and correspond to enquiries.

We do not share or sell this information with any other organisations or individuals.

How we store your personal information  

Your information is securely stored.  

We keep email archives for 1 year. We will then dispose of emails by deletion of the email and clearing the trash bin location. 

We keep records of opportunities started for a period of 1 year. Then if the opportunity is cold it will be deleted. Opportunities which are in progress will be archived for reference and legal accountability for up to 6 years. 

Your data protection rights

Your right to rectification– You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
